Shipping Information

SUMMIT ORDER orders are shipped Monday-Friday. We cooperate with SF EXPRESS, EMS and other couriers. Usually it takes 3-7 working days. Please note that the delivery time is based on estimates after SUMMIT ORDER sends the order, and we are not responsible for customs clearance delays or payment delays, please forgive me.

After your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your shipment tracking number so you can keep an eye on the progress of your delivery.

Duties and Taxes


Since SUMMIT ORDER is a company located in Taipei, Taiwan, orders in Taiwan will not be subject to any customs charges upon delivery.


Please note that if your delivery address is outside of Taiwan, the final price at checkout will be excluding duties and taxes, that is, DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) status. Therefore, your order may incur duties, import taxes, etc. upon delivery, and the shipment will not be collected until payment is completed. This fee needs to be confirmed by your local customs authority. For more information, please consult your local customs.

Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

In Taiwan, a single order over NTD 3,000 will provide free shipping. If the free shipping threshold is not reached, the Taiwan island will be delivered by SF Express, and each order will be charged 80 yuan for shipping, and outlying islands will be delivered by Black Cat Express. 220 yuan shipping fee per order. Other regions offer free worldwide shipping on orders over USD 450. If your order does not meet the free shipping threshold, you must pay USD 30 for shipping; if you have any inquiries about shipping, please contact us at [email protected]. SUMMIT ORDER reserves the right to change, extend or terminate this policy at any time.

Returns & Refunds

If you find inappropriate or other factors after purchase, SUMMIT ORDER provides return and exchange service within 14 days. Merchandise must be returned in unused condition with the original label and packaging intact.

Please note: If it is not the replacement of defective or wrong products, the return shipping fee for replacement shall be borne by the buyer, please forgive me.

Refund method

We will process the refund for you as soon as the item is received and the integrity of the item is confirmed. You can choose to have the money returned to the original card account, and the refund process will take seven working days. Or it can be refunded in the form of SUMMIT ORDER website shopping credit for your future purchases, which will be refunded to your SUMMIT ORDER member account within two days of receiving the returned item.
